Indications

SEREMAG 300 is a dietary supplement providing a high dose of Magnesium and Melatonin, as well as Flavonoids and Valerenic Acids, useful for supplementing the diet or meeting the increased organic needs for these nutrients, which may occur in certain deficiency situations. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Melatonin contributes to alleviating the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking the product just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. Valerian and Passionflower help achieve a state of relaxation useful for promoting night rest in cases of stress; Hawthorn contributes to relaxation and mental well-being.
